Do you want life to feel less crazy have more time to do the things you enjoy, get focus and clarity on the things that matter? Stop worrying what others think, find courage to believe in yourself, commit to making your goals happen?

It’s not just you, it’s what we all want but it’s so hard to find it amidst the busyness of everyday life and the competing demands on our time. We’ve all been in that boat, myself included. Learning how to navigate it has been the turning point in my life and I’m excited to be sharing that with you in this unique event.

We’ll look at these three key ingredients to living a life we thrive in – wellness and self-care, authenticity and belief (confidence, courage – it has many names!) Understand what matters to you and how to balance that with the demands of life. Keep calm amid the chaos and give yourself space to succeed.

Let’s spend the day together – a beautiful lunch included and limited numbers to ensure maximum benefit from this group coaching experience. A chance to learn some life changing, practical skills to help you be your best and connect with like minded women looking to do exactly the same.

I’ll give you the tips you need to:

In this workshop we’ll look at how, as women, we can thrive at both work and at life. Including building our resilience and looking after ourselves, mastering our mind-set. How to align your life to your passions and values. Understanding what makes you unique and how to tap into your strengths. With powerful goal setting techniques to help you apply this to your life.

We'll also look at what gets in the way and how to navigate it, including balancing our busy lives, Imposter Syndrome, why it affects so many women and how we can navigate those nagging feelings of self-doubt to be our best and unlock our potential.
