Vinyasa Flow Yoga designed to keep the active mind centered on your practice by flowing through yoga poses while connecting to ujjayi breath and bandhas (body locks). Prepare to get your heat on, being challenged while gaining all the benefits of Yoga; soothing the mind, balancing the nervous system, targeting the vagus nerve aiding in depression & anxiety, targeting different organs in the body to aid in the production of insulin (great for diabetes!), detoxification, arthritis, inflammation, not to mention the obvious... improves flexibility, muscle strength, immunity, controlling emotions, increased energy, intuition and much much more.
