Hosted by Justine from My Balance Project, this 9hr workshop series will give you the tools needed to kick start your self love journey, deal with negative self talk and change your mindset for good.

Comprising of 2 x 4.5hr sessions, Justine will share her personal experience of changing her relationship with food (and herself), losing 30kgs, getting to a place of self acceptance and the steps needed to get there. This will be a small group workshop environment, with numbers limited to 20 women so that we can collaborate in an intimate space. These workshops are an investment in your future that will supply valuable tools to help you regain confidence in yourself, improve your health and stick to it.

This investment comprises of 4 modules, with 2 modules covered per day. Each day will include a half hour break to recharge, regroup and graze the beautiful food supplied by Public Catering.

Day One - June 16 - 4.5hrs
Module One: The Mindset Shift
Module Two: Mindfulness, Positivity & Gratitude

Day Two - June 30 - 4.5hrs
Module Three: Self Love & Gaining Confidence
Module Four: Healthy Living / Clean Eating

You will also leave the workshop with a wellness pack with sponsor supplied goodies valued at over $100, your workshop handout full of tips, notes & content, nutritionist supplied recipe cards to help you on your journey. Dietician Emma Ternouth will join us for the Healthy Living module. You will also gain access and be welcomed with open arms to a community of like minded women who are all on the same path. This is an investment in yourself worth making.
