The Art & Science of Relaxation

An afternoon workshop to help you relax, recharge and rest with iRest®

Are the stresses of everyday life getting to you?

Do you feel like you just don't have enough ENERGY to get through an entire day?
Maybe you are finding it difficult to fall asleep? Despite being so tired, your mind is racing at 100 miles an hour and keeping you awake.

Come and relax, recharge and rest with iRest® - a technique for deep and profound relaxation.
iRest is a technique for deep and profound relaxation. It’s a blend of teachings from ancient texts and decades of research at the Integrative Restoration Institute in the US. It will help you to improve your stress and energy levels, your sleep, mood and ability to manage pain. Come and learn more about this way to a better, happier and healthier life.

The workshop will start off with an introduction to iRest®, followed by some gentle asanas in preparation for a blissful 50-minute relaxation.

You’ll leave the workshop feeling relaxed, recharged and profoundly peaceful.

The workshop includes:
- An informative talk
- Tips and tools for self-care
- A gentle asana practice
- A long relaxation
- An aromatherapy experience
- Handouts to take home
- Refreshments
