Free Seminar: Self-Nurture

Self-care is all about looking after yourself, so you can look after the people around you. But how do you actually do it?

When life is so hectic, family so demanding, and work so busy, more and more people struggle to achieve self-care.

More to the point, some methods of self-care do more harm than good.

During this free workshop we go over what it means to self-nurture, the do's and don'ts of self-care, what scientific research says about self-care habits, and the methods to feel energetic, happy and healthy.

You also learn:
- the difference between self-care and self-love
- how to find a life balance that is unique to you alone
- Dave' 5 top tips for boosting your energy levels
