Do you find your life has become more demanding? Do you find you put everything else as a priority and put yourself on the back burner?

This course is designed to guided you to dive in within yourself to find what supporting self care routines that will suite your lifestyle to build the new nourishing habits to help create a healthier you!

In this course we will go through seven pillars of self care that affect us individually on a mentally, emotionally and physically way. This course is over five weeks. We will meet up three times over this period. Give you two weeks in between each session to implement what resonated with you into your life. This time frame will help plant the seed to create a base foundation.

We will go over things like eating theories, hydration, stress, sleep routines, brain health, conscious living and creating movement. 

Cost: Early bird special $155 paid by 20th January 2019. After that date it's $187 for the entire course (includes Eco friendly notebook & pen, goodies bag  & closed Facebook form for support and inspiration).
