- Leave with a new ability to relax in stressful situations

There are a number of reasons why stress is so high these days and it’s not your fault. Much of the news we read, see and listen to is focussed on what’s wrong with the world and this lights up the stress response in your neurology and the amygdala in the brain.

The amygdala is responsible both for your survival fight-flight-freeze response, but also for deep fascination and curiousity which holds you spell bound, in a trance, to stay glued to the smart phone or TV. Thinking about what’s wrong all day distributes a toxic dump of chemicals to the rest of your body that is only meant for emergencies.

So, to feel joy, peace and calm again, we need to learn how to switch off that amygdala and switch on the rest of our brains – and then learn how to drive it in a way that suits us, rather than other people or the news corporations.

In this 90 minute seminar you will learn 3 key ways you can learn to relax your mind and body really quickly – and once you’ve learnt it each technique can take less that 90 seconds to apply. Would that be useful? Know anyone else who is stressed? Bring them along!

David is a qualified NLP Master Practitioner and Eriksonian Hypnotherapist. Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) has been around since the 1970s. It’s a process of modelling precisely how successful people talk to themselves and visualise their goals in life so those models can be shared with others – just like you might share a great recipe with a friend – but these recipes are about how to programme your mind!

To register please email - david@yourrealdreams.com or text 0275 11 69 94 so I know how many photocopies to do and how to set up the room.
