Join me for a 4-week course to learn the fundamentals of Pranayama and Yogic Meditation.

Prana, or Vital Life Force Energy is a constant renewable source of energy that resides within each and every one of us.

Pranayama teaches you how to work with your breath to build your lifeforce energy, balance emotional fluctuations, and quiet the chatter of the mind. Pranayama is an excellent practice by itself to achieve this but is also a bridge from the physical world to the inner world of consciousness, or meditation.

Yogic meditation techniques bring together breath awareness and mantra (sacred sounds). Achieving a focused mind requires training and technique. The yogic meditation techniques covered in this course offer you just that, a vehicle to calm the mind.

Pranayama and Meditation help with stress reduction, emotional stability, enhances self-awareness, lengthens attention span, and improves overall sense of wellbeing and happiness.

On an energetic level, Pranayama and Meditation help you connect with your own unique energy, inner wisdom and intuition.

This course includes group discussion, instruction, as well as embodied experience of fundamental pranayama techniques and yogic meditation.

If you’re wanting to deepen your connection with yourself, your practice, and dive into the renewable source of energy within, this is the course for you.

This course will also include take home materials each week to deepen your own practice, as well as take home materials at the end to summarize all content covered.
