Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.

8 May 5:30 - 6:30 PM
31 July 5:30 - 6:30 PM
16 October 5:30 - 6:30 PM

Pilates is perfect for anyone interested in reaching whole body wellness. Using exercise which combines strength and flexibility, it helps you to build core strength, improve your immune system, posture, tone, balance and reduce the risk of injury. Pilates is also a fabulous way to de-stress.

Class numbers limited for individual attention so we recommend you register early to secure your place. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a warm layer. Bring a yoga mat or blanket/towel for floor exercises.
