Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.

This course runs 10 AM - 4:30 PM on Sunday 10 November 2019.

Learn some easily accessible, affordable and simple home remedies for helping to keep your family healthy.

Ears, eyes, throat and stomach tend to be the main causes for families to need some help. There are times for seeking outside assistance, however, if you could solve it quickly first it can save strain on the family budget and the healing may be faster.

In this workshop, you will be covering eye washes, earache treatments, cough syrup and probiotics for the stomach.

If you are interested in other similar workshops, HineAhua (Michelle) is also running Māori Traditiona Medicines which focuses more on rongoa rakau (the plants) on Saturday 9 November 2019. Enrol in both and receive a 10% discount off both course fees.

Our mission is to provide quality affordable and accessible lifelong learning opportunities for our community.
