Are you ready Auckland for your first ever Fermentation Festival?! We are bringing NZ’s leading artisanal producers to The Cloud, Queens Wharf for the final weekend of March 2019!

Note: You will need to purchase a general entry ticket for Ferment! Festival as well as a ticket for this workshop!

Make your own pickles & kimchi
It is time for you to get hands on in our Pickling and Kimchi station workshop. In this workshop you'll be getting your hands busy by creating your own fermented goods! To keep things easy we'll be making both dill pickles and kimchi so everyone will get two mason jars empty, you fill them up with delicious (and soon to be even more delicious) goodies to walk about with knowledge and fermented goodness!

Each class will run for a full hour.
