"How to integrate Buddhist practice in the pressure cooker of life." - Lama Tsering Everest

Following a spiritual path can be very challenging at times especially when life becomes incredible busy.

The Buddha taught 84000 ways to transform an ordinary mind into an extraordinary one, with one common and essential point: a good heart. Lama Tsering will guide us through a more integrated approach to the path of practice suggesting a method that incorporates all aspects of one's personhood.

Lama Tsering Everest served the eminent Nyingma Tibetan master, H.E.Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche as his translator for more than eleven years.

After completing a three-year retreat in 1995, American-born Lama Tsering was ordained as a lama and recognized by Rinpoche as a holder of the Red Tara lineage, authorized to give teachings and empowerments. In the same year, she was invited to teach in Brazil where later she became a resident building Odsal Ling Temple in Sao Paulo.

Lama Tsering’s warm and humorous style reflects Chagdud Rinpoche’s own humour and empathy, with accessible focus on cultivating compassion, training the mind, and applying the dharma in daily life.
