Judging Shaw, An Exhibition about the Irish writer, George Bernard Shaw.

This will be on display in the library from March 23-29. Shaw was the first global celebrity, and the first man to win both a Nobel Prize and an Academy Award. Based on his book, “Judging Shaw,” Fintan O’Toole has curated this exhibition which looks at Shaw’s life and legacy, and how Shaw, a master of self-invention, cultivated his GBS brand to generate global fame.

“Judging Shaw” is a travelling exhibition, held in conjunction with the Embassy of Ireland, New Zealand. Come along and learn more about the man behind the GBS brand.
