Explore progressive practices that lead to an overall calmness, balance, and heightened sense of well-being and re-connect to your heart-felt desire and your true self in this unique yoga retreat featuring luminaries Kavita Parshotam and Marina Locke.

These 2 well-practiced teachers, share their profound wisdom and skills. Marina will teach her own structural integration yoga that targets gentle internal strengthening through the breath to prepare the body/mind for meditation. She will share breathing techniques recently experienced at a retreat with Dr. Marc Cohen on Extreme Bathing (cold water therapy) to help relax to a deep calm state.

Kavita will share profound insights on integrating yoga in daily life. A thoroughly nourishing experience for any level. Fine tune your practice or begin mapping a new constellation in your inner and outer wellbeing.

Retreat includes:
- 4 nights shared or single accommodation (arrival on Wednesday 24th April, depart after lunch on Sunday 28th April),
- 3 delicious vegetarian meals daily finishing with lunch on the 28th, tea and nibbles for tea breaks. No meals provided on 24th although you may arrive anytime after 2pm.
- 3+ classes each day, active, restorative and guided meditation sessions. Afternoons are free for your enjoyment of the grounds and beaches and all that Shambhala offers. Evening yoga nidra with optional meditation following.

All levels and body types welcome.
