Feeding the Soul and Receiving the Rewards - covering the impact of regular meditation and uplifting activities on our day-to-day lives by nourishing the Soul and receiving its benefits. (The presentation will include a guided meditation.) - Helen Sussmilch

Colour in Your Daily Life - looking at colour in our environment, light and the rainbow, our relationship with colour, colour meditation and colour breathing. - Pamela Stainton

Inner Communication - Vital for Health and Harmony - Vibration is fundamental to the operation of our universe and therefore important to us. Are we able to sense more than we realize? What benefits can come from listening to our bodies? - Benjamin Upton
