For many, having depression is like walking through mud every day.

Walk in their shoes for a day: put on your gumboots, give a gold coin and help the Key to Life Trust provide free counseling to kids in need.

In support of Gumboot Friday we would love you to come with us for a walk around the Loop in your Gumboots!

Bring a gold coin donation and your gumboots and lets see how much we can raise to support young people living with depression.

New Zealand's mental health challenge
Last year in NZ 137 young people died by suicide and it is estimated another 3500 attempted to take their own lives. While Government agencies are doing their best some kids are stuck waiting up to six months to receive the counselling they so urgently need.

How much of my donation goes to kids?
100% of your donation goes to the kids. All donations are deposited by you into the Kiwibank Gumboot Friday account. The money will then go directly to the registered health professional upon receipt of an invoice.

This will ensure 100% of your money goes directly where it's needed: to kids getting the help and support they need, when they need it most.
