Come and join me for fun yoga classes hosted in the studios at Te Auaha on Dixon Street in Wellington City.

Classes for the everyday yogi, accessible for everyone - it doesn't matter if you can't touch your toes! Sundays are an energising, vinyasa-style flow with relaxation and wind down time at the end.

Wednesdays are for restoring with a yin practise and meditation.

Classes are $10 and you must bring your own mat. Please message me on Instagram or Facebook to book. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.

About me:
I am a 200hr trained yoga teacher, trained in a number of different styles from a Yoga Alliance accredited school in Dharmshala, India. I love making my classes fun and accessible for everyone, they're not hippy dippy and it doesn't matter what you're beliefs are. All welcome - you'll be surprised how amazing you feel afterwards!

Disclaimer:
By attending my classes you agree that you understand, like any form of exercise, yoga may come with the risk of injury. While I will try my best to guide and assist you in any way possible, you know your body best and ultimately your body is your responsibility. If you need to rest at anytime during the class or if a pose is not available to you you are encouraged to rest. If you know of pre-existing conditions or injuries you are encouraged to get clearance from your doctor before engaging in any form of new exercise.
