Find out where your organics bin ends up at the Organic Processing Plant (OPP) and how it is processed into Organic Certified Compost. Learn how Canterbury Compost is made, observing from a viewing room then head outside to view the biofilter and the scarab windrow turner.

Dress warmly for the outdoors and wear sturdy footwear.

Park on Metro Place next to the KidsFest sign. Please do not enter the Organic Processing Plant site in cars or unaccompanied on foot.

Parents/guardians/caregivers are required, please book your free ticket at the same time you book a child ticket. Limited spaces available.
