Kundalini Shakti Master Class with Siri Sat

Our pain and fear may be obvious and known to us or it can be subconscious and unknown. It may get stuck physically, emotionally mentally or spiritually and create a life block. Kundalini Yoga knows how to track and release this toxic emotion with deep practice and group energy. This wonderful kriya allows us to clear away stagnation and free us to be our true self. This year of 2019 2=0=1=9 12 adds up to the number 3 (1+2) which is expansion and prosperity and 19 (1+9) is 10 which is the quality of the Radiant body, the "Keep-up Spirit," which helps one come through anything radiantly, cheerfully and with courage. Come and lighten your load and open the flow of prosperity with this powerful practice.

Siri Sat embodies an elegant and precise approach to the teachings of Kundalini Yoga. She is a Lead Teacher Trainer with a specialty in Posture and Alignment enhanced by earlier training as a professional dancer and choreographer. Siri Sat feels blessed to have trained directly with Yogi Bhajan.
