In the midst of the Courtenay Place entertainment district, you'll find the discrete entrance of The Library. It's here you will also find Mack and his guitars. Mack's original mix of rock, folk, blues and soul, as well as covers of tunes you know and love, is amazing to hear.

Described by Rock Radio UK as "one of the best guitarists in the land and New Zealand’s best kept secret" and by Sarah Cates of The Hook, NZ as having lyrics "written from the heart, sung with passion, and played with supremacy from his acoustic guitar. Mack uses his whole guitar. The neck, the body, the strings. The entire instrument is exploited. It is his percussion that creates the melody, and makes the performance. It’s guitar gymnastics..."

About The Library:
Hidden away upstairs in the heart of Courtenay Place sits The Library. Fun and frivolous cocktails, exquisite and obscure wines, delicious desserts, exceptional cheese and scrumptious savoury snacks make this a great place to meet before or after a show.
