Manifest your power! Come to calm and train your mind, harmonize and boost your energy, breathe, release tensions and emotions, recover your peace, be balanced, and enjoy!... Through simple Qi Gong meditation movements from a pure Ancient Daoist lineage and the healing power of sound. Proven results! No experience is required. Limited spaces.

The course is designed for you to be able to practice on your own afterwards, and to learn and understand Qi Gong from a traditional and spiritual Daoist perspective and its benefits. The teacher (Cheng Ya- Andrea Moreno) learned this Qi Gong at the Five Immortals Temple, in the Sacred Mountains of Wudang, China, as disciple of an authentic Daoist Master (Li Shifu).

She will share her healing experience & spiritual journey, and will follow her teacher’s precepts as she shares the teachings, honoring the purity of its sacred origin. In addition, the participants will experience the power of healing music created by Jason Friedlander, and learn from his personal spiritual journey. We will offer a space to nurture ourselves though sharing reflections and music.
BYO music instrument!

These unique tools, teachings and experiences are offered to help you in your quest to be more balanced, joyful, present, and connected with the truth of your authentic self, your true Nature. And they are offered by two beings who have genuinely walked the path.

You can join one of our demo workshops to get a feeling of the practice before enrolling into the intensive course. Saturday 6th of July, 10am at Nyma Tashi Buddhist Centre, Mt. Albert, Auckland.

Qi Gong consists on meditative movements that coordinate breathing, awareness and intention. It clears and balances your energy (releasing blockages at physical, emotional and mental levels, and cultivating Qi- your vital force); helps you to connect with your inner peace and silence, integrating body, mind and spirit.

(See more benefits below) It is a dynamic and flexible practice, for people of all ages and physical condition. The Five Immortals Qi Gong is a unique system of movements which comes directly to you from the mountains of China. Through its practice you consciously activate your inner power and wisdom to harmonize your being at all levels. It catalyzes healing processes and helps to prevent illness.

A Sound Healing is a meditative experience where you are bathed in magical and cosmic sounds, which work to remove blocks that prevent you from expressing your full potential. Sound resonance can help to release stress, heal trauma, reduce negative emotions, thoughts and fears, and ease tension in the body. It can also imbue a greater presence and awareness, promote energy and vitality, and bring a sense of freedom.

When we attune with Nature -our own True Nature- the present is full of experiences that make life a gift.

Cost: NZ$240 includes 2 full days of teaching (Saturday and Sunday), 14 hr in total, 9 to 5pm.
