The "Find Your Place" gatherings bring people together to discuss and share ancient wisdom teachings on how to see our place in the universe and how to navigate life changes.

We explore how we live in three worlds, one that we can see and touch - the physical world, one that is invisible and unites all people - the spiritual world, and the one in between- the energy world where we live our human journeys of change and evolution.

Our focus is threefold:
Introduce how to observe and integrate the body-mind-spirit from Chinese medical and indigenous cultural traditions. Discover 4 ways of being that connect us to the authentic nature of ourselves and others

Offer the abc of mental well-being education, with body centred meditation practices for connecting body-mind. Explore mental health challenges in our world today as a quest for purpose and meaning

Explore how our Hearts are the link between the worlds and how to stay heart connected - introduce what modern Science says about the Power of the Heart and the importance of staying Heart centred.

Take away simple tools for supporting yourself to live a more authentic life, practice being in the present and attuning to the knowing that lives inside you.

Who for? All welcome, from teenagers to elders we encourage inter-generational learning. For people who want to help themselves and other find balance through this slightly wild, crazy time of change. For parents teachers, guides and helpers of others.

Testimonial from CHCH event May 2019
“Both in my day-to-day work as well as through friends and family, it is increasingly clear that there is a mental health crisis—particularly in our young people. It seems almost the norm now for adolescents to be anxious. I absolutely applaud Cameron for her mission to make wellbeing accessible for all. Cameron has the loveliest open and engaging style—she lives and breathes what it is to be authentic and content and I loved this introduction to thinking about health from a holistic perspective.” —Dr Michelle McCarthy, Clinical Psychologist
