This is a fun and experimental two day workshop where a variety of mediums and processes are explored. Join Emma for an experimental creative weekend to learn some of the methods Emma used in her recent installation Colourfield; at the Tauranga Art gallery.

Bright, playful colours bring therapeutic sunshine into people's homes and heart. Join Emma to explore texture, colour and form. Meet other like minded people who enjoy stunning colours in a bright sunny room. You will be working with acrylic paint, gauche and pastels to create richly-coloured works that explore organic abstract forms. Go wild and dabble in the wonderful world of colour using different combinations to create a small collection of finished works to take home or gift to special people in your life. Suitable for complete beginners or those with experience.

Tutor: Emma Prill

All materials supplied. Please bring a packed lunch. Tea and coffee provided.

I recently went on Emma Prill's two day Dynamics of Colour workshop. I was a bit nervous because I thought I might not be good enough but found the whole experience both uplifting and affirming. The whole workshop was supportive, friendly and welcoming.

The motivation was thoughtful and sincere and everyone worked on a number of projects at their own pace with as much or as little input as they wished. Emma was friendly, relaxed, well organised and motivating. I would LOVE to attend another one as I got so much out of it.
