Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.

This course runs on Tuesday evenings 6:30 - 8 PM for nine weeks starting:
12 February 2019 or
30 April 2019

Additional classes may be added when there is demand.

Come to a place within that is a calm, centred presence and discover stillness, simplicity and contentment. Based on yogic practices these classes will include breath awareness with a series of simple and very gentle movements to encourage mindfulness, support healing, relaxation and breath-body-mind connection.

Places are limited due to space restrictions so it is essential to enrol before the class starts.
