Are you, or are you living with, a teenager who is passionate or interested in developing their personal fitness?

I am currently studying towards my advanced qualification in personal training, and I want to work with athletes and young people to help them discover their full potential of what their body can do. I have decided to take good value group bootcamp sessions for young teenagers in the community who want to develop their personal fitness.

I want to completely avoid any focus at all on body type and changing this, as that is such a small part (and I think often unimportant) of exercise and there is so much more we can get out of it. I want young people to be proud of what they can do and to always strive for better, and to achieve the goals they set for themselves. I want to help create a mindset that creates a strong drive within young people to really reach for the stars and own who they are.

Who is welcome?
Anybody with any level of fitness is welcome, as workouts can easily be progressed or regressed depending on your level of ability.

Why should I come?
If you want to make some new friends, develop your personal fitness, reach your goals, and have fun whilst doing so, then this would be perfect for you.

What kind of bootcamp is it?
As an athlete and coach myself, I have loads of experience in developing my personal skills and fitness, as well as those of others. I want to focus on what your body can do instead of the aesthetic outcomes. I would much rather you are proud of running faster, than changing the number on the scale. With this in mind, this bootcamp will focus on developing skills and physical ability (run faster, jump higher, feel better).

When and where is it?
Every Sunday during March, 7 - 8am, Outside Tamahere Community Hall.

How much will it cost?
$10 per person per session = $50 total
