Companies need to realize the power of creating people-centric organisations that value the happiness of employees as much as the bottom line.
Although a serious topic, this is a humorous presentation that will have a hugely positive impact on any organisation or manager and leave them with some key messages to implement within their organisation.

Profile: Rawdon outlines in this presentation why it’s not only important for organisations to put their people first, but that it’s essential.
He tells the story of how his career at TVNZ came to an end and the personal impact it had. He shares observations about the environment he had been working in and the impact it was having on employees and the business as a whole. Rawdon shares his research into what sets one organisation above others as he found a common connection among those that thrive – that they put their people first.

Why is this important?
Rawdon will outline the huge impact that positive relationships and employee value has on a business. He uses examples of where ‘putting people first’ has transformed an organisation’s culture, productivity and profitability – such as:

- How getting it right enhances that all-important element of success – REPUTATION.
