For decades psychology only recognised four communication styles - Passive, assertive, aggressive, and in-direct (passive aggressive). Some people are more one than the other. Some people flail around like an air-dancer in a car yard reacting to everything that comes their way in human interactions and switching from one to another depending on the person they are with or what life throws at them.

It switches off your humanity in close relationships with your kids, partner and friends. It irritates you at work. It makes you look uncaring and unreasonable.

It doesn't need to be that way! What if you could be just one style that worked for everything and everyone? A style that brought transparency, order, and fairness into your home and work life, creating and sustaining exceptional relationships along the way.

Well, you can!  In 2011 a 5th style called Compassionate Assertiveness started to gain traction, and in 2012 Elemental Potential created the world's first practical model for it. That model has now been used by over 10,000 people around the world. 1,200 businesses have used it to develop incredible cultures and workplace well-being too.

What can this amazing communication style do?

It can course correct any pre-conditioning in your family and create a new legacy - history does not have to repeat itself!
It helps people – lots of people, to be better people. Compassionate Assertiveness respects your own rights, the rights of others, and creates learning opportunities to act more humane on both sides.
It can help you know what to say to bullies at school or in the workplace.
It can shift NZ from a ‘passive heavy’ society to a more vocal one, stating what works for you and what doesn’t

How does it work?

A simple system that produces results and delivers exceptional communication – over and over again.

The key to anything that works well and can be easily replicated is a system or model. Once you know the model, you can apply it to any human interaction. You can be in control of your communication instead of the other way around.

This is a life changing day. You'll learn the model. Hear lots of true stories that set the context about how it could have worked and prevented events happening in peoples' lives. You'll relate to these stories, tell your own if you want to bring them to the table, and practice the model.

Not a power point in sight. I use props and emotional triggers to set the model and make it stick. Once you have it, and know what a ping is, who to direct it at to empty your 'can' and what you will say your life will never be the same again.....and neither will anyone else's who comes into contact with you.

Day one? Or one day? Make it today. Communication is the key to everything!

Snacks and drinks provided. BYO Lunch.
