Cacao Ceremony Ecstatic Kundalini Dance with Trish Bebrouth (Aus), and Natalie Z (NZ).

Ecstatic Kundalini Dance is a powerful, transformational healing experience that takes you on a powerful journey, from the earth up through the chakras. An amazing way to raise and activate your energy and vibration and connect with yourself and others.

Cacao has been used for centuries to heal the mental, physical and spiritual body. It is a natural and ancient plant medicine, with a high concentration of vitamins, minerals and is a powerful antioxidant. Cacao also increases blood flow (oxygen and nutrients) to the brain and the release of feel-good endorphins.

Cacao ceremonies are a type of shamanic healing – which is one of the oldest holistic healing practices used by indigenous cultures all over the world. These types of healing ceremonies work with rebalancing energies in the body to regain health. However, unlike other shamanic experiences, drinking cacao will not make you hallucinate or give you some sort of ‘out-of-body’ psychedelic experience. Cacao instead, is used to gently touch your heart and to guide you into an inner journey deep into the emotional center of our body – our heart (Anahata) chakra.

After the Caccao Ceremony we move into dance...

No fancy dance moves or experience necessary. Sacred space, sharing circle, intuitively guided healing ecstatic dance through the chakras. Gift yourself this time to have fun, let go and feel free in your body and energy.

Explore the depths of your being. Tap into what's hidden. Kundalini Dance is about Transformation, cutting away the old, rebirthing the new. Come and be guided on an inner journey to free and release anything that may be holding you back from your fullest and most vibrantly heart-centred manifestation of your sexuality, your power and your purpose!!!

Kundalini Dance is a very internal experience - an opportunity for you to meet your own inner shaman. This is your own inner journey through which you will be gently and intuitively guided. It is Transformational Dance Medicine at its best - purifying, liberating and ecstatic!!! The sacred dance dissolves any areas of resistance in your body and energy field, that may be keeping you from fully experiencing yourself as love.

It is a dance of presence, which requires no experience or fancy dance moves. It is a deeply healing spiritual practice that offers a safe, nurturing space to feel and express whatever you are holding in your body right at that present moment. Feel what it is to let go through the experience of breath, sound and movement… Feel your heart open as you clear out any stuck energy and invite in divine love, to rejuvenate and ignite every cell in your body.

What to bring - closed top water bottle.
What to wear - comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, for women, leggings are ideal for floor work.
