Overview
Our group tasting will return to Pemberton Gardens in Prebbleton where we will be serving up canapes, shared platter entrees and mains alongside a Harpers House Cake for dessert.

While the menu may not be the same as your planned wedding menu this will provide a great insight into our food and service.

For those currently looking for a caterer, our group tasting provides the perfect opportunity to see if Moveable Feasts is the right fit for you. Our sales team will be on site and happy to discuss your catering needs.

Industry Professionals
Alongside the tasting, we have six of the best industry professionals joining us for the afternoon. Each will be sharing their top tips of what you will need to think about from their perspective in the lead up to the big day.

- Beverage Expert - Frank from Frank's Liquor
- Stylist - Ginny from Cressy and Charmed
- Wedding Planner - Kate and Jon from Event Goals

Tasting Menu

Canapes
- Lemon and Thyme Arancini (VG)
- Five spiced pork belly with Pineapple salsa (GF/DF)
- Spinach and feta filo with plum chutney (VG)

Entrée – Shared Platter
Charcuterie Board
Prosciutto, pastrami, salami, leg ham, chorizo, duck liver parfait, cornichon, balsamic pickled onion, horseradish mayonnaise, ciabatta

Main – Shared Platter
Three pepper reserve grade beef sirloin, watercress and horseradish potato croquette,
red wine jus (DF)
Seared salmon, corn hush puppies, roasted tomato relish (GF/DF)

Accompanied by:
Green beans, spring onion, coriander, toasted sesame, miso (GF/DF/VG/V)
Roasted baby carrots, baked ricotta, walnut and thyme butter (GF/VG)
Shaved pear, walnuts, rocket, blue cheese (GF/VG)

Dessert
Wedding Cake thanks to Harpers House accompanied by Tea and Coffee

Dietary Requirements
Please advise us of any dietary requirements at least two weeks prior to the event we will ensure you are catered for.

Beverages
Complimentary drink on arrival, following on from this the bar will be open with Eftpos available.

Seating
Please note this event it's open seating, to encourage you to sit where you like and talk amongst other groups who may be in the midst of planning their big day!
