Come & relax with a combination of yummy restful poses (restorative yoga) & guided relaxation (yoga nidra). We start with supported stretches - poses to begin letting go of tension.

That prepares you for a deeper state of release with yoga nidra, where you lie back and are guided through a relaxation process. This 'yogic sleep' is deeply restorative for body & mind.

Great for your physical & mental wellbeing overall and particularly helpful to relieve stress, alleviate insomnia and anxiety. Due to the guided process, this is both an accessible way to learn to relax and as an introduction to meditation.

Join us to experience a state of deep relaxation, plus you'll learn poses & techniques to use at home.
Suitable for all levels.

About your instructor Kasha Latimer:
I've been teaching yoga for over 10 years and especially love leading this kind of slow practice that's so accessible and beneficial on many levels. I practice traditional yoga through teachings from Ashram Yoga 500hr (Saraswati lineage).
