Kasha Yoga

Come & relax with a combination of yummy yin yoga and yoga nidra.

We start with supported stretches - restorative poses to begin letting go of tension. That prepares you for a deeper state of release with yoga nidra, where you lie back and are guided through a relaxation process. This 'yogic sleep' is deeply restorative for body & mind.

Great for your physical & mental health overall and particularly helpful to reduce stress, alleviate insomnia and anxiety. Due to the guided process, this is both an accessible way to learn to relax and as an introduction to meditation.

Suitable for all levels.
Warning: It feels amazing!

Spaces are limited, so message to book your place.
$60 for 4x1 hour classes (27 Feb – 20 Mar 2018, 7:30-8:30pm).
Props (blankets, bolsters) provided or BYO.

About your instructor Kasha Latimer:
I practice traditional yoga through teachings from Ashram Yoga 500hr (Saraswati lineage). I've been teaching yoga for over 10 years and especially love leading this kind of slow practice that's so accessible and beneficial on many levels. Please let me know if you have any questions. fb Kasha Yoga
