Yoga for Beginners is a fun and inspiring course for absolute beginners or people wanting to get back into yoga after not having practiced for a while. The course runs once per week over 8 weeks so you can easily continue on with your new happiness habit once the course has finished.

The course will safely introduce you to the foundations of yoga, starting slowly and gradually building up in each class. You will learn breathing exercises, moving sequences, postures and relaxation techniques as well as an introduction to the history and philosophy of yoga.

At the end of the course you can feel confident about joining group classes, or starting your own home practice, you will even be given a Graduate's Guidebook to help you! (for those who have attended 5+ classes)

Everything is demonstrated and explained in detail, in a friendly and relaxed environment allowing for questions and comments at any time. You will be carefully guided and encouraged to work at your own pace on your mat, in appreciation of everyone’s uniqueness.

Yoga is a complete, holistic system for vibrant health of body, mind and spirit. It can be used as a powerful tool for transformation, or simply as a great way to stretch and relax. If you have aches & pains, injuries, stress, anxiety, or other health issues or limitations, or you generally want to feel fitter, calmer, more flexible and energised in your life, then this course is for you.
