The Sugar Club will mark World Vegan Day this year by expanding their vegan offering and turning plant-based for the day, including their wine list.

The Sugar Club has a distinguished 32-year history of challenging the culinary status quo, most notably through Peter Gordon’s innovation, earning him the global moniker ‘Godfather’ of fusion cuisine.

To celebrate World Vegan Day, Exec Chef Josh Barlow will create an exclusively plant-based menu that will reflect the flavour of current seasonal produce. By embracing veganism so wholeheartedly, The Sugar Club adheres to its longtime commitment of pushing the boundaries, and by doing so, will prove that vegan cuisine doesn’t have to be compromising on quality or flavour.

Guests can choose from an exquisite three-course lunch for $59 or the Chef's Spring menu that will go through a journey of seven courses for $135 per person.
