Nia Wellington

Lift your body & soul mid-winter!

Dance your heart out amongst magical fairy lights and enjoy a cozy hangout ​afterwards ​with ​Nela's warm ​chai and Raw Glory ​desserts​.

Nia is one of the most uplifting, body-kind and joyous dance workouts ever created! Easy to follow moves, with soaring music make Nia a perfect mind​-​body​-​spirit workout for the beginner or seasoned mover. Nia is a fusion of dance, martial & healing arts that is non-impact so safe and exhilirating for ALL bodies and ages. This special event will be extra fun with several Nia instructors teaching 'Jam-style' under the fairy lights​, followed by a recovery lounge with Nela's Chai and Raw Glory desserts ​to warm your bones & nourish your soul.​

Hosted by Nia Wellington and Raw Glory, proceeds from the event will be donated to PADA Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Aotearoa http://www.pada.nz who provide incredible support for ​NZ ​families.

We are hosting 2 events at two locations:
7pm Sat 4th at Te Auaha, NZ Institute of Creativity, 65 Dixon St, Wellington
4pm Sunday 5th August at Te Whaea National Dance & Drama Centre, 11 Hutchison Road Newtown.
