Completing the Works of God.

“Everything is interconnected, and this invites us to develop a spirituality of… global solidarity which flows from the mystery of the Trinity.” (Laudato Si, 240).

In this reflective time together, we shall take up the invitation by exploring the role of the Spirit in completing the works of God as in the gospel according to John.

There, we find God “creating with two hands, that of the Word and that of the Spirit” (St. Irenaeus) to complete the works of God and drawing us, too, into completing the works of God by: Whakawhanaungatanga - te tangi o Papatūānuku me te tangi o hunga rawakore/Making right relationship by responding to the cry of the earth and the cry of the poor.
