Vegan Indian Cooking Class

Adirasa and Seva our resident Lofts cooks and food enthusiasts finally have another vegan cooking class lined up. This will be the last before next year.

As per popular demand, we will be showing you how to cook an all-time favourite vegan Indian meal.

This beautiful meal will consist of a fragrant rice, a hearty chickpea curry (chana masala), fried dal fritters (vadas) and its coconut chutney, a cabbage salad and a classic dessert: Gulab Jamuns (sweet little treats).

The class is an interactive presentation with a few hands-on elements, all in a laid back, warm atmosphere. Adi and Seva will be showing you their tips and tricks and take you through the process of preparing the different dishes and the meal will then be enjoyed after the class.

Please make sure to arrive ten minutes early as the class will start at 6 pm and parking around the Spark Arena can be tricky in case of events. Please see our homepage for more details about parking.

Pre-bookings only. Limited to 16 people per class.
