Artificial intelligence is rarely out of the news. But how much is hype and how much reality? Should we welcome or fear this powerful new technology? And what should the law have to say about it all? This month, Associate Professor Colin Gavaghan from Faculty of Law, University of Otago informs us about some of the upcoming artifical intelligence technologies!

Stop by Ombrellos after work for an opportunity to engage with science professionals in a casual and informal setting. All welcome, no science background needed, simply bring a healthy thirst for knowledge.

Hosted by the Department of Physiology, Otago and the Otago Museum.
