Come & join us on our path to perfection through the Revolutionary Art of Biohacking.

The Entrepreneur’s Edge – How the Art and Science of Biohacking can be used to develop stress resilience and maximise energy, productivity, and success.

Is your energy dropping? Are you experiencing ‘brain fog’? Don't feel on your game? Got gut troubles? Blood pressure and cholesterol creeping up? Suffering from insomnia, anxiety, and depression?

All of these can be signs of stress and, as entrepreneurs, we know stress is part of the job description.

That’s where Biohacking comes in.

Biohacking (verb / noun):

(v) to use science, biology, and self experimentation to take control of and upgrade your body, your mind, and your life.

(n) the art and science of becoming superhuman.

Insurance data shows that within five years, almost 100% of entrepreneurs will develop at least one stress-related health concern. So to have a long career as an entrepreneur, you need to learn how to control stress. Or else stress will control you.

“Entrepreneurs are not normal people. They are like high-performance race cars that are non-stop moving, and they need pit stops more often than normal people,” says Dr. Molly Maloof, a biohacking solutions provider who works with provides C-suite employees at top-tier Silicon Valley tech companies.

At this session you will gain an understanding of:

- What biohacking is and how it can help you.
- Biohacking philosophy and frameworks that you can use immediately to hack stress.
- How to turn off your stress response using various technologies from meditation to
devices that generate a small current to stimulate the relaxation response.
- How nootropics (smart drugs) are changing the way entrepreneurs cope with stress.
- How leading entrepreneurs are focusing on going from ‘foggy’ to ‘flowstate’.
- How to modify your physical environment to reduce stress.
- How to identify physiological stressors (nutrient deficiencies, over-exercise, dental
infections, etc)
