'Sometimes, It’s as simple and cheap as eating a large variety of vegetables, colourful, exciting and sometimes forgotten vegetables, they give us bioavailable nutrient-dense ‘energy’.

We need to learn how to create harmony with our kitchens again, the earth and our healing body. To correct the root cause of disease we start in a healing kitchen, no quick fix, we create habits that nurture us, we take charge and responsibility for our bodies to heal. We chose wisdom and learn the ancient food preparations long since lost, and eat a variety of real foods with health-sustaining nutrients’. — Abi Blanchett
