I know you've heard all about the benefits of Yoga but you can't be done with lying around for 90 minutes or having to consider any spiritual aspects.

Or even if you went to a modern yoga class where strength and fitness is the key, you still prefer to run or box or whatever it is you do to keep fit.

Our Stretch class is only 30 minutes, tailored to whoever shows up, and concentrates on posture, breathing, flexibility and balance. No mantras. No mudras. Just half an hour of 'me time'.
