For over 17 years Charles has been teaching voices from all walks of life.
Following on from October's "Think Your Voice Free" workshop; Charles will be exploring ways to remove the thoughts that have held us back and show practical ways to identify natural function.
In this intense three hour session you’ll learn to link your thoughts and sensations to a healthy singing function and set your voice free.

With the right mindset, a healthy voice is simply unfolded and unlocked - you'll explore how the 'power of the mind' can influence your physical ability to sing.
You'll be shown exercises you can do daily to improve your voice and even heal it, making it flexible and strong for the rest of your life.
If you think you will sing off key or out of tune.
If you think your voice is weak and has no volume.
If you think your tone stinks and you never sound any good.
Be prepared to have your mind changed, you'll have to work a little but you’ll be amazed at what your voice can do.
Come to the Willis Room, 1st Floor at the Life Centre Venue on Hania Street, Wellington.
Doors open at 10:15 for a 10.30 start
Don't be late! We want to start on time and pack a lot in.
See you there!

About Charles Humphreys:
Charles started learning to sing in the UK under the tutelage of Mark Hayden (b17 Oct 1928. -d Feb 2009). At 16 he felt he sang like an in tune chainsaw. For the next 20 years he stayed with Mark and trained every week under his keen ear, and watchful eye. He spent 5 years listening and watching how Mark taught. Simply using psychology and suggestion to move a voice forward. Charles is part of a group of excited teachers around the world who regularly exchange ideas and triumphs on the subject of the voice.
