Do you want to learn the ancient art of making Sauerkraut, a nutrient rich food packed with minerals and probiotics. Join our food specialist, Julie Craig who will show you the process for Improving your Immunity and Gut Health, reducing inflammation in your body.

Enjoy how easy it is to include all these recipes in your kitchen schedule providing foods packed with essential minerals and probiotics.

In this workshop we'll make Sauerkraut and cover Kim-chee, Fermented Lemons and seasonal fruits and vegetables that Julie is currently working on!

All participants will be taking home sauerkraut – so bring a jar with a lid, a chopping board and a knife.

No door sales. as spaces are absolutely limited.
