Celebrate summer with the perfect pairing of live music and an outdoor movie in a series of four events we call Rhythm and Reels running throughout February. Fun free entertainment for the whole family!

Join us at 7.30pm and enjoy live music from the band CoverStory playing all your favourites whilst the sun goes down. Then when its dark enough the movie will begin (approximately 8:30pm).

We will be screening the 2010 New Zealand coming-of-age comedy-drama film 'Boy' written and directed by Taika Waititi.

Bring the family, a rug and some warm clothes down to the reserve for the first event that will kick start the Rhythm and Reels series.

Picnics welcome, but for everyone's viewing pleasure please bring rugs, low chairs or bean bags only.
No dogs allowed. Movie is rated M and runtime is 87 minutes.
