This 4-day retreat will be focused on the possibility of freely and authentically engaging with life and one another from the deepest realisation of self.

We all want to be of service. Regardless of whether our role is at home or on a job, we want to be well used. And yet, instead of acting like a wise, open-hearted loving person, often we act from our emotions and conditioned thoughts. Instead of helping, we create problems for ourselves and those around us.

We promote our version of reality as being true and ourselves as the moral hero of our life. We justify our actions by the story we tell ourselves even as we try to be more open and more compassionate. We try to “be in the now” even as we strive to defend the past and project a future.

In our retreat together, we will discover the possibility of living free of our false identities. We will find how to freely and authentically engage with life. Instead of a new set of spiritual beliefs that must be practised and remembered, we will find together the possibility of the spontaneous arising of wisdom and love as play our role in the leela.
