Do you find that sometimes your inner thoughts are hard to comprehend? Especially when they are locked in your mind?

This reflective writing session is an all-access creative chance to discover a fresh perspective. Ease into short guided meditation exercises followed by creative pen-flow, to find new clarity.

It’s one of the easiest ways to practice mindfulness – by transferring thoughts to the page, you can develop an outsider perspective on your inner world.

You don’t have to identify as a writer to feel confident capturing what’s going on for you. It’s a no-pressure, non-judgemental exploration with pen and paper, with an entirely optional invitation to share. Unique guided provocations will get your pen moving!
