“There have never been so many gifted, independent, and idealistic people who have unbroken access to such a variety of Buddhist information as there are today.” – Lama Ole Nydahl, The Way Things Are

Join us for a talk on Buddhism with Sarah Primus from Perth, Australia.

How does Buddha's 2500-year-old advice apply to our busy modern lives? This talk will address the key teachings of the Buddha concerning the view, meditation, and conduct. These can be understood as methods to work towards a more relaxed state of mind, bring lasting happiness to ourselves and others, and discover the true nature of mind.

The talk will run for about an hour and will be followed by a guided meditation. Beginners and regular meditators welcome.

Ticket price: $10 cash on the door.

About the teacher:
Sarah met Lama Ole Nydahl in Perth in 1996 and he asked her to start teaching in 2012. Now based in Perth, she works as a transcriptionist and has a ten-year-old son.
