Hi beautiful!

So you like dancing but don't like smokey bars and waiting in lines and you've always wanted to feel like a hot drummer chick in a band (haven't we all)? This is your class my friend.

Pound is a full body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. By the end, you'll feel like a bad-ass rock chick, but also like you went hard at the gym, dream!
