- Do you prefer working with some people but avoid others?
- Do you observe colleagues who are not talking to each other?
- Do you want to work in an environment where people collaborate, share, help, laugh and feel connected?

Most of us can say Yes to those questions. Good relationships are the key to happiness and success. This workshop will help you to get there.

On average we are spending 2.1 hours per week dealing with conflict at work (CPP, Human Capital Report 2008). We have all seen situations where people with different personalities, goals and needs struggled to work out their differences in a constructive way. As a consequence people are getting stressed, frustrated and distracted from what matters.

However, we can learn how to influence the relationships around us to be positive and constructive. This practical workshop takes you through the successful Model of Resolving Differences which can be applied in relationships within and outside work. You learn how to apply this model which will help you to lead a more fulfilled and happy life.

Please contact Stefan for any questions on 027 681 4703 or stefan@diversityinstitute.co.nz

"I am passionate about my rock band and writing music. I am also passionate about business and creating a work environment that allows people to find fulfilment in their work and that allows businesses to grow. There are many connections between a band playing a good show and a high performing team. Everyone brings in their unique skills, gives their best, collaborates, and thrives to achieve a common goal.”
