We’re super excited to bring you PAWA 2018 for its second year running!

PAWA is a new platform for performance art in New Zealand and is holding a 5 day festival, in our wonderful capital, Wellington.

PAWA brings together a variety of local and international artists to present a diversity of performances including durational works, one on one works, multi-media works, participatory works, site-specific works and more!

PAWA will also be presenting an exhibition, free breakfasts, workshops and discussions that will be held daily at Play_station gallery and Thistle Hall.

PAWA 2018 Artists: Josie Archer, Kosta Robert Bogoievski, Virginia Kennard, Alexa Wilson, RV Sanchez, Helene Lefebvre, Adam Ben-Dror, Binge Culture Collective, Caitlyn Cook, Zahra Killeen-Chance, Rewa Fowles, Mark Harvey, Louie Neale, Ivan Lupi, Inopportune, Antonia Barnett-McIntosh and Victoria Abbott.

We invite you to join us from the 14th-18th November!

Opening Night 6pm, Wednesday.

Check out our full program here: https://performanceartweekaotearoa.com/program/

We endeavour to make our festival as accessible as possible, because of that all our events are koha, apart from Friday and Saturday nights (which will have a $10 door charge).

So this year we are offering people the option to buy a supporters ticket! This is a $20 or $50 ticket which is a pass for the whole festival, but also means you are supporting PAWA to be a accessible and sustainable festival.
