We have a new half day workshop for women happening on Saturday 3 November.

Ora: Introduction to Māori Approaches to Wellbeing will cover practical approaches to managing wellbeing that are easy to engage with and grounded in Te Ao Maori healing traditions and cultural philosophy.

The tutor is Cathy Livermore, an internationally experienced intercultural facilitator, educator, healer and artist. She has been studying traditional Maori healing practices for the past five years and has worked in the areas of wellbeing and rehabilitation for over 20 years as a body therapist, pilates instructor, performer, choreographer and dance teacher.

Cathy translates our ancient wisdoms into daily practices to manage and care for the wellbeing of our full selves; tinana/body, hinengaro/mind and wairua/spirit. This profound yet simple wellbeing practice is accessible and relatable to any person of any background, while giving participants a refreshing view into the Maori world.
